While living and practicing martial arts in Japan, I became interested in body work and energy work when it resolved my martial arts injuries. Wellness, grounded mobility in the body: I found more than I had imagined, and love collaborating with clients to encourage the body to greater comfort and freedom.

 

HitsuZen is a Japanese word for synchronicity, like stepping gracefully into the flow of life. This can happen In fortuitous meetings, as with healing. My focus is on working together, releasing tensions, and bringing in new energy for physical freedom moving forward. The body should be a comfortable place to life.
